  • In how many days will I receive my order? You will receive your order within 2-3 days after we have notified you that the goods have been dispatched.
  • Which payment methods are accepted?
    You can pay by credit card (via Stripe), PayPal, bank transfer or cash on delivery.

  • Can I pay cash on delivery?
    Yes, you can pay on delivery with an additional charge of 6€.

  • Which couriers do you ship with?
    Shipments will be made by BRT or GLS courier.

  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    As long as your order has not been shipped you can still cancel or modify it, please write to us as soon as possible via our contact form . Once the order has been shipped, you will no longer be able to cancel it, but you can exercise your right of withdrawal if you deem it necessary..

  • I changed my mind, can I return the goods?
